Hot air rework station is a traditional bga rework tools, it mainly uses mature hot air heating system. 

Hot air rework station must be used with hot air nozzles with different sizes and structure, sometimes it may give uneven heating because the poor design hot air nozzles give uneven hot air flow, and temperature difference happens which lead to component shift or tilt especially for CSP or BGA component. 

Uneven heat of hot air rework station will not suitable for CSP component with bottom underfilled or lead free reworking.
